A laundry room works hard, but that doesn’t mean it has to feel purely utilitarian.

For this space, every detail was considered through the lens of making everyday routines feel a little more beautiful. Floor-to-ceiling cabinetry gives everything a place to live, while the stacked washer and dryer preserve valuable space for folding, storage, and a generous utility sink.

Then we took the pattern overhead. Carrying the wallpaper across the walls and ceiling softens the long, narrow room and creates an enveloping effect that feels tailored rather than expected. Dark tile underfoot and black hardware add contrast, while woven laundry baskets bring in just enough warmth and texture.

It’s polished, practical, and designed around the way the home is actually lived in.

Because luxury doesn’t only belong in the rooms your guests see. It belongs in the everyday, too.

A powder room is one of our favorite places to take a design risk.

Here, we leaned all the way into the mood—deep, glossy walls wrap the room in color, while warm brass fixtures bring just enough contrast. Then there’s the moment that changes everything: a softly illuminated stone vanity that turns something functional into a focal point.

The light catches every natural variation in the stone, creating a glow that feels almost sculptural against the richness of the room.

It’s dramatic without feeling overdone. Unexpected without losing its sense of timelessness.

Proof that some of the smallest rooms in a home can hold the biggest design moments.

The library was always meant to feel a little different—darker, quieter, and more intimate. And the furniture had to carry that same sense of intention.

The sculptural boucle chairs bring softness against the deep built-ins and black-framed windows, while their curved silhouettes keep the room from feeling too serious. Across from them, the low-profile sofa grounds the space in a rich, tonal fabric—substantial enough to hold its own against the moody walls, but refined in every line.

It’s the contrast we love most: light against dark, texture against smooth finishes, strong architectural moments balanced by furniture that invites you to settle in.
