In Old Town Spring, Pretty and Pierced - Old Town Spring built its whole business around kids, needle only, no piercing guns, and two piercers working every appointment so both ears go at once.

Every piercing includes numbing, the piercing itself, an aftercare bag, and a full year of aftercare support, all under one price. Owner Kayla Hatch says a good share of her appointments are corrections, fixing what a gun piercing got wrong somewhere else.

A lot of families only find a shop like this after a first piercing already went sideways. This one is built for the first try.
