Frassati Catholic High School

Congratulations to our Boys Volleyball team who got the win on Senior Night last Friday over Cathedral High School. We celebrated our seniors and their families: Brennan Day, Joseph Knoepffler, Thomas LeCompte, Riley McCollor, Joey Najjar, Antonio Paez, and Wyatt Picard. To our seniors - thank you for your leadership, and for helping to build the Frassati Catholic Boys Volleyball program. Go Falcons!

Meet Hildegard, or Hildie for short! 🐾

This sweet GoldenDoodle is named after St. Hildegard of Bingen and has already stolen quite a few hearts around Frassati Catholic. We’re so excited to watch her become part of the Frassati family before she finds her forever home.

Hildie will be looking for her new family at the 2026 Blue & Gray Gala: Saints & Scholars on November 14. We can’t wait to see which lucky family gets to bring this sweet girl home!

We have a feeling she’s going to be very loved. 🤍

Special thanks to our Father & Sons Men’s group for constructing set pieces for the upcoming fall musical, Hello, Dolly! If any fathers and sons would like to join this group, just share your interest in your grade level GroupMe. Our Father & Sons group meets on half day Fridays throughout the year for fellowship and service projects on campus.

Spirit Week 2026 was filled with lots of fun and competition, but also acts of charity. For the bean drive, Frassati Catholic students donated 2.7 tons of beans to Casa Juan Diego in Houston. That’s enough to provide a meal for over 40,000 people in need!

For the diaper drive, we collected 90,106 diapers. That means we provided one free diaper a day for an entire YEAR for about 250 moms in need. Each of those moms also gets 4 packs of wipes. We’re so excited to help women in need say yes to life through this gift to Loving Choice Pregnancy Center.

Thanks also to the football players, who helped load the beans and diapers into trailers, and to Brian Hougen P ‘26, P ‘27 and John Fenn P ‘27, P’30 for organizing and facilitating several trips to deliver these amazing donations!

On Monday, our AP Art History class traveled to the Houston Museum of Natural Science in downtown Houston. Students explored the art of Ancient Egypt and learned about how museums keep the past alive and relevant in our contemporary culture.
