TONGUE WAGGLES is a simple and fun exercise to do!
😛It helps to differentiate the tongue from the jaw and lip to encourage jaw stability and tongue control.
👅When moving tongue side to side, the tongue should not touch the lower lip,and jaw should remain still.
😋This exercise improves tongue strength, coordination, and oral control.

After five incredible years, we say goodbye to Dr. Buckley with grateful hearts.
