“Your True Power Lies Within”
SUCCESS STARTS WITH A PLAN. 🏈🧠
Former NFL linebacker Mister Alexander, former Division I football & track athlete TyMagic Robinson, former University of Texas WR Greg Timmons, and the entire Missing Element staff are teaching young athletes to do more than just play—play with a purpose.
Know your assignment. Understand your keys. Have a plan before the ball is snapped.
Preparation creates confidence. Confidence creates ex*****on.
BREAKING TACKLES STARTS BEFORE CONTACT. 🏈💥
Former Division I football & track athlete TyMagic Robinson sits down with Camden Curry to discuss why great ball carriers must keep their bodies in the right position to absorb contact and keep moving.
Balance. Leverage. Pad level. Body control.
You can’t consistently break tackles when you’re out of position.
Get your body right. Win the contact. Keep running.
Former University of Texas WR Greg Timmons teaches receivers how to use the stick jab release to attack a defender’s leverage, create hesitation, and earn a clean release off the line.
The move isn’t just about being quick—it’s about having purpose with your feet and selling the defender.
Stick. Jab. Create space. GO.
TACKLING IS A SKILL—AND SKILLS HAVE TO BE PRACTICED. 🏈💥
Former NFL linebacker Mister Alexander gives youth football players the opportunity to sharpen their tackling fundamentals during the season, with an emphasis on proper power angles, body position, and leverage.
It’s not just about making contact. It’s about getting your body in the right position to make the play.
Right angle. Right position. Finish the tackle.
THREE ORGANIZATIONS. ONE PATHWAY. 🏃🏾♂️🏃🏾♀️
Missing Element Sports Performance and Coach Rodney Cole are bringing together Missing Element Sports Performance, Sprint Camp Athletics, and Dragons Track & Field Club to create a year-round resource for the track & field community.
The pathway is simple:
Missing Element + Sprint Camp Athletics
Year-round track & field development, speed training, jumps technique and coaching.
Dragons Track & Field Club
A competitive pathway for athletes who want to join a team, compete, gain exposure and pursue the next level.
You DO NOT have to be a member of Dragons Track Club to train with us. Our development program is open to track & field athletes looking to improve, regardless of club affiliation.
But if you’re looking for a track & field team to call home — Dragons is the place to be.
Train year-round. Compete when you’re ready. Create opportunities for your future.
Visit the Missing Element website for training schedules, registration and more information.

WORK WITH YOUR BLOCKERS, NOT AGAINST THEM. 🏈🧠
Former Division I football & track athlete TyMagic Robinson works with Camden Curry on staying inside-out and properly working off the offensive line when running Inside Zone and Gap schemes.
Don’t outrun the block. Stay patient. Read the leverage. Press the track. Make the cut.
Great running backs understand how their movement helps their offensive line create opportunities.
GREAT ROUTES START BEFORE THE FIRST STEP. 🏈🎯
Former University of Texas WR Greg Timmons teaches receivers that a great release starts with a great stance.
Too wide of a base or too narrow of a base can put you out of position before the play even begins. Get your feet underneath you, stay balanced, and put yourself in position to explode off the line.
Great stance → Great start → Great route.
BEAT THE DEFENSE BEFORE THE BALL IS SNAPPED. 🏈🧠
Former Division I football & track athlete TyMagic Robinson works with Camden Curry on understanding the keys to properly reading a zone running scheme.
Great running backs don’t just find holes—they identify the defense’s weaknesses pre-snap, understand leverage, and anticipate where the opportunity may develop.
Scan the defense. Identify the weakness. Trust your keys. Make the read.
