Today we had a very special NCL meeting! 💕 Nelia Shehaj , owner of Luliet and a wonderful leader in our community, spoke to the girls about leadership, her journey as a business owner, how she started Luliet, and how she has grown her business over the years.

While teaching the girls how to decorate cupcakes, she also shared an important lesson about valuing others and working together as a team. She reminded them that you can create something good on your own, but it can become something truly great when everyone’s ideas, talents, and strengths come together. 🧁✨

Such a beautiful and inspiring way for the girls to learn about leadership, teamwork, values, and the importance of supporting and appreciating one another! 💗 Thank you Nelia for your time, we really appreciate it.
