For our Serpenteer Drive project in Porter, TX, we used furniture and styling to define the rooms, show scale, and create a natural flow from one space to the next.

That matters because an empty or poorly furnished room can leave buyers guessing about size and function. Strategic staging removes that guesswork and helps buyers understand the home’s potential.

Good staging doesn’t just fill a room, it gives the room a purpose.

Chamboard Lane in Houston, Texas was one of those stages where the house really gave us something to work with. The contrast of the white interiors, darker wood floors, and all that natural light made it fun to play with scale, color, art, and decor.

We did not hold back on the details, and I think that is what made this one so memorable.

There is something so special about seeing a home we staged come full circle. Lindsey recently hosted a broker open at Simon Lake in Spring, Texas, and getting to see the home filled with people was such a special moment for us.

When we’re staging a home, we’re always imagining what it will feel like when people are actually living in and enjoying the space. So seeing Simon Lake full of people, walking through the rooms and taking everything in, was one of those moments that makes all the work behind the scenes worth it. 🤍

And of course, we couldn’t resist a little throwback to the living room and bedroom for this project taking 1st Place in the Coaster Designer Showcase!

This one was special from the beginning, and even more special seeing it come to life the way we imagined. ✨
