I whipped into wedding shape in six weeks with the help of Caleigh Collman

First clip is beginning of July this year.

Second clip is end of August.

Last clip is the final progress pic I sent to Caleigh right before the wedding.

Workouts looked like:

Sunday: walk in the woods
Monday: heavy chest and back lift + run 35 min
Tuesday: heavy leg day lift + 35 min run
Wednesday: heavy chest and back lift + run 35 min
Thursday: heavy leg day + run 35 min
Friday: run 35 min
Saturday: heavy leg day lift + 35 min run

Diet details are in my last post 🥰 so happy with the results. I was stuck in plateau, Caleigh amped up my workouts and diet to get me looking good for wedding day.

I knew Caleigh was a hardcore trainer when she said:
“If at any point it becomes too intense, just remember.. it’s only for a couple of weeks 😉 (plus the photos will look so amazing! 😘)”

Haha no backing down! Hard to find a trainer like that these days 💪🏼

Lahaina, Hawaii is still devastated after the wildfire three years ago.

We filmed this last week on our honeymoon on Maui.

In respect to the anniversary of the assassination of Charlie Kirk, in my opinion, this video I filmed last November is the most important takeaway for anyone to carry into their personal future.

Why Americans should vote Republican in November, according to Senator Hagerty:

- Job growth is on the rebound
- Wages are growing again
- Inflation is down from Biden’s 9% (currently at 3.4%, according to Bureau of Labor Stats)
- Republicans pushing Freedom to Build Act which targets high cost of housing
- No tax on tips is now in effect
- No tax on overtime is now in effect
- Republicans are dealing with deregulation
- Republicans are increasing energy independence with the U.S. producing at a higher level than it ever has before
- He says Trump will resolve the situation in the Middle East, and that will bring medium to long term stability to oil and energy markets, which will create much greater prosperity from there.
