Is life a battle for you or a game? If it's a battle, read this book and maybe you can switch to a game!

Have you ever felt as if your mind is a very cluttered drawer filled with all sorts of useless stuff: false beliefs, outdated ideas, old pain, past grievances, and endless mind chatter?

And then there are all those old stories we’ve picked up along the way, mostly from our parents, teachers, and society. Stories about who we are, what we can and cannot do, what we deserve, and how life is supposed to work.

The problem is that we rarely stop to question whether those stories are actually true. We just keep carrying them around, allowing them to shape how we see ourselves and our lives - and often preventing us from fully enjoying either.

If we want to create a happier life, every once in a while we need to open that drawer, take a good look at what’s in there, throw out what we no longer need, and update the rest.

And yes, occasionally you may find something from 1997 and wonder why the hell you still have it. 😂
