🐂 BEEF CHEEK! Chef Tiny’s favorite part of the cow! Slow Braised for 5 hrs. And dubbed the greatest pot roast you’ll ever eat in your life. We offered them three ways.. as a single slider for happy hour or three sliders for an appetizer or as an entrée with cheddar grits and succotash!
