Introducing the East Meets Randy West Dip — a rich, creamy blend of fresh Westerross Scottish salmon belly, blue crab, Old Bay, fresh lemon, chives, and cheese, finished with a bright garnish of red pepper, lemon, and fresh chives. Served warm with crisp lavash crackers for the perfect bite.

It’s available this weekend only as our appetizer special, but after one taste, we knew it deserved a permanent place on the menu.

🥩 Introducing The Wells Lamb at Retro Metro

Our 8-Bone Wells Lamb starts with a premium rack of lamb, herb-encrusted with fresh rosemary, mint, and chives, grilled over an open flame, then finished in the oven for a perfectly tender bite. Each chop is brushed with Dijon mustard and finished with a shower of fresh chives.

Served alongside herb-roasted potatoes, grilled asparagus, and resting on a warm blueberry red wine compote, this is a dish that balances savory, herbaceous, and subtly sweet flavors in every bite.
