Coming next week!! Grass fed and grass finished beef! All burger right now, but as we are able (getting into a USDA certified locker is a challenge) we will begin including other cuts of beef. So excited to be able to offer this to our customers!

So farm “big jobs” never stop. Sometimes you have to hire help BUT SOMETIMES your son will step up and for a nominal fee take on the eye-sore you’ve been staring at and dreading for years. He is a BEAST with ADD that is a super power he uses to fixate on something and not stop til a job is completed. Two days. He took this monstrosity down in TWO DAYS! Thank you, God, for my son.

Edit to add: He is looking for work. Jobs like tree removal or any projects big or small. 😊

Not bad for 1.5 days of work. 7lbs of cheese curds, 4 lb Parmesan and a chipotle/garlic cheese in the press. I kinda love my cows and making cheese! 😁

Saturday mornings are for cinnamon raisin sourdough. Oh! And coffee. Of course!

Today’s dose of reality. 😉

Been a productive day! Kombucha, whey caramel, butter, challah bread and starter ready for tomorrow and yogurt (not pictured). Tomorrow we switch gears and work on some outside projects. 🤓

We decided to treat ourselves to dessert after getting this done. If you haven’t been to Dolce Anna gelateria in Riverton, we HIGHLY recommend. Delicioso!!
