Some of our most valuable work happens long before implementation.
It happens in conversations, understanding goals, challenging assumptions and connecting perspectives.
Because every recommendation should be built around the way your company actually works.
Every business is different. Let’s talk about yours.
Scaling isn’t just about generating more demand.
It’s about making sure your business is ready to support that growth.
A strong foundation allows every marketing effort to perform better, every lead to have a clear path, and every investment to create greater impact.

Growth problems rarely start where most businesses think they do.
When revenue slows down or results become inconsistent, it’s often because one or more parts of the system are leaking performance.
Here are five of the most common revenue leaks:
- Positioning: Your market doesn’t immediately understand why they should choose you.
- Attribution: You can’t clearly connect marketing efforts to revenue.
- Sales & Marketing Alignment: Marketing generates leads, but sales insights never make the marketing better.
- Follow-Up: Opportunities are lost because leads aren’t contacted quickly or consistently.
- Conversion Infrastructure: Your website, CRM, or sales process isn’t built to convert demand into customers.
The goal isn’t to do more.
It’s to identify where the leak is happening, fix it, and build a system where marketing and sales work together to drive predictable growth.

Some businesses don’t need more marketing. They need a stronger foundation.
Springfield Masonry Repairs already had the experience, craftsmanship, and reputation. What they needed was a brand and digital presence that reflected the quality of their work.
That’s why, before talking about marketing, we focused on building the foundation.
Together with Papel Maché Studio | Branding • Social Media , we developed a brand identity that communicates trust and professionalism, then built a website designed to support long-term growth.
This project is a reminder that strategy, branding, and marketing work best when they’re built together—not one after another.

The strongest partnerships aren’t built by working on a business.
They’re built by working alongside the people behind it.
That’s how we approach every engagement at Stratners.
We listen, challenge ideas, understand the business, and become part of the conversations that shape its future.

Most revenue leaks don’t show up alone.
They show up as symptoms.
Slow follow-up, weak conversion, low lead quality, inconsistent results — these issues often point to something deeper happening across the business.
That’s why treating each one as an isolated problem usually leads to more frustration, not better performance.
The real shift happens when you stop asking,
“How do we fix this one issue?” and start asking, “What is this issue revealing about our system?”
That’s where better decisions — and better growth — start.
Most businesses don’t have a demand problem.
They have a clarity and conversion problem.
More leads won’t fix a system that’s leaking opportunities.
In most businesses, the issue shows up in one of these five areas:
• Unclear positioning – Your market doesn’t immediately understand why they should choose you.
• Unclear attribution – You can’t confidently tell what’s actually generating revenue.
• Marketing and sales disconnect – Marketing creates activity, but sales insights never make it back into the strategy.
• Weak follow-up – Leads come in, but slow response times or inconsistent nurturing cost you opportunities.
• Broken conversion infrastructure – Your website, landing pages, CRM, or lead routing process aren’t designed to consistently turn interest into customers.
The reality is that marketing and sales aren’t separate functions. They’re parts of the same growth system.
When they work together, decisions get better, opportunities increase, and growth becomes much more predictable.
If your business is growing, but not as consistently as it should, there’s usually a revenue leak somewhere in the system.
If you’d like to better understand where your biggest opportunities for improvement are, send us a message. We’d be happy to start the conversation.

Business growth isn’t shaped by one department, one campaign, or one decision.
It’s shaped by the system connecting them.
The businesses that grow more consistently are often the ones that intentionally design how their teams, processes, and decisions work together.
