We're thrilled to announce that our sunflower and pea shoots have joined the lineup at the Country Mart in Hollister, MO. These new greens are great for those who want a thicker microgreen to add a crunch to their meal. Make sure to keep an eye out for the restock every Thursday!

We just started growing this amazing wasabi mustard microgreen! While not actual wasabi, they do come pretty close. They have a cool and calm taste up front with a burst of spicy horseradish/wasabi flavor at the end.

🌱Did you know that microgreen seeds need to be placed in darkness to germinate? 👀 Here’s a few of our crops in our germination tent … notice that some trays are stacked up to 5 high, while others can’t be … and an additional weight of 5,, 10, or 15 pounds may be added on top depending on the crop. Once they are ready - in 3 to 8 days - they go under the bright 💡💡💡
