Our team spent the weekend supporting one of our partners at Palmer Motorsports Park with event standby coverage. It was a busy weekend, and we’re thankful our crews were there, prepared, and ready to assist when needed.

We love when our team members stop by on their days off and bring their four-legged friends along for a visit! This week, Taylor got some extra puppy love from Dominique’s pup, Lily, who was more than happy to share some smooches.

Kudos to Dylan and Kaelin!

We received a wonderful compliment from a patient’s mom recognizing Dylan and Kaelin (not pictured) for the outstanding care they provided during a recent transport. She shared that they were amazing, caring, and made the entire transfer feel smooth and comfortable.

She especially appreciated their attention to detail, including how carefully they drove to ensure a comfortable ride, as well as their communication and the way they worked together throughout the transport.

Kudos Corner

Two patient compliments came in this week, and one name appeared in both!

One patient shared how much she appreciated her crew, Josh G. (not pictured) and Carlos, praising them for being efficient, knowledgeable, pleasant, and understanding. She shared that it was clear they genuinely cared about making her transport a positive experience.

The second patient also took the time to recognize Carlos, sharing that he was very kind, compassionate, and made her ride enjoyable.

This week brought us a new four-legged friend to meet, Shayla’s puppy Ewynn! Stealing everyone’s hearts with that teddy bear face! We’re also wishing Lexi Miread’s pup a very Happy Birthday this Sunday!

A look at one of today’s calls with our team alongside Chicopee Fire and Chicopee Police. We’re happy to share that no injuries were reported. No further information is available at this time. We appreciate all of our public safety partners and the dedication they bring to serving our community every day. 🚑🚒🚔
