Patience really is a virtue. 🙌🏼

We had so many showings on this home. It felt like we averaged 2-3 showings a week for six months straight. 🤯

And while other agents were having ghost-town open houses, ours consistently had 10+ groups come through.

But clearly the Lord was teaching all of us patience, because the feedback was always the same: "It just wasn't the right house for my buyers."

We had a lot of conversations along the way. How was the market shifting? Where were we positioned heading into spring? Did we need to pivot on price?

In the end, we stayed pretty close to our original list price... and it paid off. 💪🏼

It wasn't the right home for buyers... until it was. 🏡

This is a story about patience, endurance, and trusting the Lord's timing. I'm grateful I got to help you guys through it all—and selfishly, I'm glad we got to keep you in Southwest Missouri a few extra months. 😉

In my job, I get to see how my clients handle stress, uncertainty, and adversity. When you set out to buy and sell a home, you can't see the end from the beginning. You don't know how it's all going to play out.

It's a great joy of mine to remind people that the Lord sees the end from the beginning. He will see us through, take care of us, and be faithful every step of the way. 🙏🏼
