CNAS Student Expo 2026!

New Battlefield Road mural painted by an MSU science student - Springfield Daily Citizen Missouri State student Sophie Bryan used a grant from Drop Dead Generous to paint a large Ozarks wildlife mural on Battlefield Road.

Aquatic Entomology students (BIO 574/674) took an evening trip (9/3) to Panther Creek and found loads of amazing “bugs”, including an inordinate abundance of flying adult stoneflies (Plecoptera). The creek was also hellgrammite city (aquatic larvae of dobsonflies, Megaloptera).

Congratulations on your new job, Emma Braun!
Emma accepted a position as a Development Scientist with Eurofins PSS in St. Louis, MO. She will be working with a small team of scientists to conjugate polysaccharides and proteins! She completed her BS in Chemistry and then received her MNAS-BIO master degree.
