Middle school is where it gets real.

MS Elevate is built for athletes ages 11 to 13 who are done just playing volleyball and ready to actually understand it. This is where players find their position, learn to compete under pressure, and start building the kind of game that turns heads at tryouts.

Every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30 PM at X-Factory. Small groups. High reps. Coaches who are locked in on your development.

Here is what athletes will work on — serve and pass consistency under real pressure, positional identity so your athlete knows exactly where they belong on the court, simplified rotation concepts, competitive small-sided games with scorekeeping, and the volleyball IQ that separates good players from great ones.

Tryout season comes faster than you think. The athletes who show up to tryouts in November having trained all fall are the ones who stand out. This is how you become that athlete.

This one is for the in-between athletes.

Not quite ready for middle school training but past the basics — EVA is built exactly for that gap. The Elementary Volleyball Academy is for athletes ages 9 to 11 who are ready to get serious about their game, learn real volleyball skills, and start figuring out where they belong on the court.

Every Monday and Wednesday at 6:00 PM at X-Factory. Small groups. Experienced coaches. Real reps.

Players will work on passing, serving, setting, and hitting — plus footwork, court movement, and game concepts through 3v3 and 4v4 play. This is the program that gets athletes ready for MS Elevate and competitive 12U teams.

Calling all future volleyball players.

Prep Stars Academy is officially open and we want your little one in the gym. This program is built for athletes ages 7 to 10 who are ready to move, learn, and have fun — no experience required.

This is not club volleyball, but instead is where future players are created. We build athletes first and volleyball players second. Every session is full of energy, movement, and confidence-building in a small group environment where every kid gets real attention from our coaches.

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 PM right here at X-Factory in Springfield, VA.

X-Factor Fall Academy is officially kicking off and we could not be more ready. Four programs. Every age. One facility. This is where the work starts before the season does.

Whether your athlete is just discovering volleyball for the first time or preparing to run full team systems at the high school level — there is a program built for exactly where they are right now.

Here is what is starting next week:

Lil Stars (Ages 4–7) — movement, coordination, and a first introduction to volleyball in the most fun way possible.

Prep Stars (Ages 7–10) — building athletes first and volleyball players second. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 PM.

EVA — Elementary Volleyball Academy (Ages 9–11) — real volleyball skills, footwork, and game concepts. Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00 PM.

MS Elevate (Ages 11–13) — positional development, serve and pass under pressure, and tryout prep. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30 PM.

HS Team Concepts Academy (Ages 14–18) — defensive systems, offensive rotations, and the mental game. Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:30 PM.

Small groups. Experienced coaches. Month to month enrollment.

If you have been thinking about it, now is the time. Here is everything we have going on right now at X-Factory:
🏐Serving clinic tomorrow morning, Saturday July 18.
🏐Our summer evening clinics run through July 30 — setters, DS and libero, pins and middles, serve and receive, all skills for ES and MS. Monday through Thursday nights. Spots are still available.
🏐Early Bird with Coach TJ is running Monday through Saturday from 7 to 9 AM. One hour of S&C and one hour of high level volleyball skills every morning. A former national team player coaching your athlete before most people are even awake. Email us if you want in.
🏐Small group S&C sessions are a hit and we still have room. Come by and get a session in.
🏐Fall Academy registration is open right now. Four programs starting in August for ages 7 through 18. Prep Stars, EVA, MS Elevate, and HS Team Concepts. Month to month enrollment, small groups, real coaching. This is the off-season work that shows up in tryouts.
