My client just finished hanging up the portraits from her bo***ir session and I love how it turned out 💕

Wall art is a daily reminder that you are everything you were the day of your photoshoot: beautiful, brave, confident, etc.

I hear from people way to often, "Oh, I don't need anything of myself on the wall. I don't love myself that much."

Someone actually said that to me yesterday and I shrugged it off in the moment but then when I saw this photo of my client (another client) and her wall art come through I thought about yesterday's client said again.

That's actually really sad.

Do I expect you to have several images of yourself on the wall? No. But just to say that so casually to me, I'm sure you say things like that all the time. I hope you can be kinder to yourself.

I know what the woman in these photos went through to get to where she is now and to have photos she loved enough not to have just one but several of herself in her home. That fills my heart to know she could trust me with this chapter and to help capture these :)

It has been so wonderful to partner with Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks and help raise some money while also providing my clients with an amazing photoshoot experience!

Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks is such a great resource to this community. Helping with things such as free mammogram screenings and financial assistance for all the odds and ends of what goes into the daily strain it puts on families.

Nearly 1 out of 8 women will develop breast cancer in their lifetime. Many of my clients have experienced breast cancer themselves or have seen a loved one go through treatments. This is why I am so happy we were able to raise some funds for them.
