The process of relocating to live near family is complicated enough, and choosing to downsize can be overwhelming. For my clients, they realized unfortunately after getting under contract a few days ago that the last home was the wrong house for them. Thankfully the sellers worked with us on this change.

After doing all the home tours, they had chosen a truly beautiful and fabulous home, but they realized that less stairs into their front door and from the garage was more important to them for aging.
