The newest bird in our Rare Sightings limited-release small-batch gin collection features: Skylark, Gin Finished in Tequila Barrels.

Our first New-American-Style Gin is something pretty special. Juniper plays its role in the taste profile, but as a secondary character. Coriander and citrus are given an opportunity to shine a little more, all the while supported by the earthy, buttery, sweet notes of the tequila barrel. The result is a bright, fruity, balanced gin that is incredibly moreish.

It was a magical evening on the bridge at Finley Farms & The Ozark Mill for the Sunset Soirée in support of the James River Basin

The sunset didn’t disappoint and we were happy yo be there to serve some of our world class Springfield Brewing Company beers and some craft cocktails with our award-winning Ty Iechyd Da spirits.

Thank you to everyone in the community that came out and shared a drink and a good time with us.
