Good evening, based upon all weather reports, we will remain under a severe storm and tornado watch until 10pm. The radar indicates that the storms/rain/wind will begin to increase in severity between 5 and 8pm. Therefore, out of an abundance of caution, we will shelter in place and remain safe. Today we celebrate not only the gift of your life, but also the blessing you have been to Second Timothy Baptist Church since joining our church family. Although this is your first birthday with us, your kindness, grace, warm spirit, and love for God’s people have already touched so many hearts.

We thank God for leading you and Pastor Holman to our church and community. As you celebrate another year of life, we pray that the Lord continues to bless you abundantly with good health, overflowing joy, divine favor, strength, peace, and His everlasting love.

🎓📚✨ This past Sunday, Women in Christ held our annual Education Day Celebration ✨📚🎓

What a truly wonderful and powerful Education Day Program! Today, we celebrate the hard work, dedication, and accomplishments of all of our students and adult learners. Whether you earned awards, certificates, degrees, promotions, or achieved personal goals, we are incredibly proud of each and every one of you. Your commitment to learning is a testament to your perseverance, determination, and faith.

A special thank you to our amazing guest speaker (Kiswai M. Broomfield) for delivering such a powerful, God-filled message and roadmap to falling in love with Jesus. Your words inspired us, challenged us, and reminded us that while education is important, there is no greater wisdom than knowing and walking with Christ. Thank you for allowing God to use you to pour into our hearts and encourage us to grow spiritually as well as academically.

Congratulations to all of our honorees and learners! May God continue to bless your educational journeys, strengthen your faith, and guide your steps as you pursue the purpose He has for your lives.
