This week, the Function Enterprises, Inc. team completed one of the most challenging logistical operations of the ICC Building reroofing project at Georgetown University: craning 60-foot standing seam metal roof panels into place.

Moving material of this size through an active urban environment is no small task. Every detail had to be carefully coordinated—from transportation logistics and delivery timing to crane placement, lift sequencing, site safety, and precise rooftop staging. With panels measuring up to 60 feet in length, there is very little margin for error, and every member of the team plays a critical role in ensuring a safe and efficient operation.

We are incredibly proud of how our team performed. Through meticulous planning, excellent communication, and outstanding field ex*****on, we completed the lift safely, efficiently, and exactly as planned. This is a testament to the professionalism, experience, and dedication of everyone involved.
