We had an absolutely wonderful time working with the Ujima Language and Literacy Summer Camp, in collaboration with Springfield Regional Arts Council's Growing Up in the Arts Program!

A huge thank you to both of these incredible organizations for inviting us to be part of the fun! We are so grateful for the opportunity to partner to help show kids that becoming a confident reader is one of the greatest and most enjoyable skills they can build!

This was such a great opportunity to combine storytelling with movement!

We are excited to be at Springfield Public Schools, Springfield, MO Back to School Bash this Saturday, July 25, from 9:30am - 2pm at the Springfield Expo Center!

This free event is open to all SPS students and families and offers backpacks, hygiene kits, groceries, health services, connections to community resources and more! Be sure to stop by our booth to learn more about fall semester classes, our Children's Workshop Series, Free Boys Workshops, and if Dance Chance is coming to your school this fall!

We are so excited to welcome back Fábio Mariano as our Guest Instructor for Week 3 of our Senior Summer Intensive!

He will be here July 20-24, teaching Ballet, Pointe, Variations, and Contemporary. Fábio has been a ballet teacher for more than 10 years and has taught in several ballet schools, including Atlantic City Ballet School, The Washington School of Ballet, and Collage Dance Conservatory. He was seen as Cavalier in Springfield Ballet's 2024 and 2025 productions of The Nutcracker. We are thrilled to have him back in our studios!

We are so excited to welcome back Nadia Akinlade as our Guest Instructor for Week 2 of our Junior Summer Intensive and Week 3 of our Senior Summer Intensive!

She will be here July 20-24 teaching Ballet, Pre-Pointe, Jazz, and Contemporary. Nadia is currently performing and teaching in greater Los Angeles. She has taken up singing and acting at the GEM Theatre's production of Cinderella. We are thrilled to have her back for her fourth year teaching with us!

We are so excited to welcome back Ashley Paige Romines as our Guest Instructor for Week 1 of our Junior Summer Intensive and Week 2 of our Senior Summer Intensive!

She will be here July 13-17 teaching Ballet, Pointe and Pre-Pointe, Character, and Variations. Ashley Paige served as Springfield Ballet's Artistic Director for 16 years. She has relocated to Madison, Wisconsin, and serves on faculty at Ballet U and as substitute faculty at several other area dance schools. We cannot wait to have her back in our studios!
