✨ A LITTLE BOOKING UPDATE ✨

Starting off, I cannot express how thankful I am for the loyalty, support, and referrals from my clients! I am SO grateful for every single one of you and am blessed to be as booked and busy as I am. I truly love having all of you on my table! 🫶🏻

With how much my clientele and inquiries have grown over the last 8 months, I’m making a few changes to how I manage my bookings. I’m wanting to continue prioritizing my current clients, and making sure you’re able to stay on a consistent fill schedule.

✨ Online booking & rescheduling will no longer be active

All appointments and rescheduling will now be handled directly over text or at appointments. This will help me keep my availability accurate, prioritize current clients, and make scheduling less hectic—especially after hours when I may have multiple booking requests coming in at once while also having online booking active.

✨ New clients will now be accepted by referral only.

This allows me to continue giving my current clients the availability and attention they deserve, while still welcoming new clients through referrals. 🫶🏻

✨ My cancellation policy will now be enforced more consistently.

My cancellation policy has always been in place, but I’ve been very understanding and lenient with last-minute cancellations since opening my business. With my schedule being much fuller now, last-minute cancellations have a much greater impact on my business than before.

After one “freebie”, last-minute cancellations will now be subject to the cancellation fee outlined in my policy. (This is available to read on my site). Excessive cancellations with no notice will result in termination of future services.

I will always be the understanding and accommodating lash artist you know, but as my business grows, I have to make sure I’m also respecting it as well as my time.

Hello pretty ladies! I have a quick update!
🩷 Illuminated Lashes brings us the sacred bond adhesive that we all know and love. Now that I am a brand ambassador, I’ve been given a bottle of the new Sacred Bloom to try!
🩷This adhesive offers a faster cure time, and possibly even better retention. I will be using this adhesive this week, so be sure to keep me posted on how you guys feel!
🩷sensitive/regular adhesive allergy girls: this adhesive contains a higher cyanoacrylate content. For your ocular safety, we will be continuing to use Sacred Bond for you as I learn Sacred Bloom’s traits. If all goes well, in the future we will do a patch test with Bloom to be safe!
