I have lived in the Ozarks my entire life and love calling Springfield my home! I'll admit, I also love going to lots of housewarming parties!
Ashley Spinks is a licensed Missouri real estate agent offering buyer's and sellers consultations and full service real estate support in the Springfield, MO metro area. My family and I live in the Rountree neighborhood and enjoy the walkability and historic beauty of the area. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I spent 8 years investing in rental properties in Springfield. This experience has provided me with a wide range of skills from negotiating real estate transactions to managing repairs and maintenance. After experiencing what a great investment real estate has been for my family, I am always excited about helping others navigate the home buying and selling process. My favorite part of being a real estate agent is having the opportunity to advocate for my clients and protect their interests so that they can enjoy a worry-free transaction, whether they are selling their home or buying a new one. When I'm not helping clients with real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, reading, and creating stained glass art.

I am so excited for these first-time homebuyers!!! We started their home search over SIX years ago. A crazy market and life events slowed the process, but it has all been worth it in the end!
