Hello everyone! I’m Marissa, the owner of MnM Cleaning LLC. We have so many new clients and followers I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself again!

I was born and raised in Springfield, MO and love it here! I was a girl scout and really enjoyed doing anything outdoors as a child. I still enjoy camping, reading, spending time with my family and going on adventures with my other half in my free time. I am my grandmother's caregiver and love taking care of the ones I love. I am happily married and we have several furr babies that keep us on our toes. 🐶🐱🐶

Starting MnM Cleaning has been one of the most rewarding and challenging journeys I’ve ever taken. I didn’t just want to start a cleaning company—I wanted to build something I could be proud of. I wanted to create a business that was built on integrity, reliability, quality, and genuinely caring about people.

For me, cleaning is about so much more than making a space look good. It’s about helping someone feel less overwhelmed, giving a busy family one less thing to worry about, helping someone prepare for a new chapter in their life, or simply giving someone the feeling of walking into a clean and comfortable home.

One of the things I’m most proud of is the opportunity MnM Cleaning gives me to provide jobs and opportunities for other people. Watching my team grow, gain confidence, learn new skills, and become an important part of what we’re building means so much to me. I truly believe that a successful business isn’t just about what the owner accomplishes—it’s about the people you bring along with you. I will be introducing the team next! 💙🖤💜🩶🩵

Being a business owner has challenged me in ways I never expected. There have been plenty of learning curves, long days, difficult decisions, and moments where I’ve had to step outside of my comfort zone. But every challenge has helped me grow—not only as a business owner, but as a person.

I’m incredibly grateful for every client who has trusted us with their homes and businesses, every team member who has believed in MnM, and every person who has supported me along the way.

My vision for MnM Cleaning is to continue growing a company that people trust, respect, and feel proud to be a part of—while providing exceptional cleaning services and creating meaningful opportunities for the people on our team.

I’m proud of how far we’ve come, excited about where we’re going, and grateful that I get to build this dream right here at home, in Southwest Missouri.

Don’t overlook the surfaces people touch the most! Door handles, light switches, elevator buttons, handrails, keyboards, and shared equipment can collect germs throughout the day.

👉 Pro tip: Work from high-touch areas to lower-touch areas, and always use the appropriate product and dwell time for the surface. This helps you stay consistent and ensures the areas that matter most get the attention they deserve.
