Eagle Online Academy

Every woman deserves the chance to build her own future.

We are so proud to launch the Eagle Tutoring Program, creating jobs for 140 Afghan women as Dari and Pashto language tutors. For these brave women, this is more than work—it is financial independence, dignity, and hope.

Through this program, Eagle Online Academy acts as a free bridge connecting these tutors with diaspora families worldwide, helping our children hold tight to their roots, language, and culture.

Join us in lifting each other up.

140 Afghan Women Graduates & The Official Launch of the Eagle Tutoring Program!
We are thrilled to celebrate an extraordinary milestone: 140 resilient Afghan women and girls across 22 provinces in Afghanistan and 6 host countries have officially graduated as certified online tutors!
Through the newly launched Eagle Tutoring Program, our graduates are turning knowledge into direct, home-based financial independence. This 100% free matching platform connects qualified female educators directly with diaspora families seeking Dari, Pashto, and cultural heritage lessons—charging zero commission fees so 100% of family compensation goes straight to the tutors.
As our graduate Mastura Darwish beautifully put it, "Learning is the most valuable when we have the opportunity to use it."
A Special Thank You to Our Keynote Speakers & Leaders: We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our wonderful Master of Ceremonies, Dr. Rachel Rudolph, for guiding the ceremony with warmth, dedication, and grace.
Anita McBride (Founding Board Member) for inspiring our graduates on moral courage and civic leadership.
Dr. Lauryn Oates (Right to Learn Afghanistan) for highlighting market-driven digital economy pathways.
Spojmai Nasiri (Immigration Attorney) for underscoring cultural preservation and economic self-reliance.
Ambassador Youssof Ghafoorzai for emphasizing the preservation of Afghanistan’s human capital through remote work.
Roxanne "Roxy" Kaufman (ISOA President) for motivating our graduates to pursue digital literacy, AI, and emotional intelligence.
