1️⃣ Act quickly: The sooner you treat a sweat stain, the better. Don't let it set in!

2️⃣ Pre-treat the stain: Start by blotting the affected area with a clean cloth or paper towel to remove any excess moisture. Avoid rubbing, as it can spread the stain.

3️⃣ Choose a stain remover: Depending on the fabric and personal preference, you can use different methods such as mild dish soap.

4️⃣ Check before drying: After treating the stain, double-check to ensure it's fully gone before putting the garment in the dryer. Heat can set the stain permanently.
