Salt & Light is excited to celebrate Claire on becoming fully certified as a Balanced Body Reformer Pilates instructor.🎉

We are grateful that Claire subs for us when we are out of the studio. She is an excellent teacher and we appreciate her commitment to a quality Pilates education.

Becoming fully certified in Pilates is so much more than learning a list of exercises. It represents months and months of education, practice, observation, personal study, teaching and testing all with the goal of understanding the purpose behind every exercise and how to teach it effectively and safely.

We are super proud of the time and work Claire has put into this accomplishment! The next time you see her at the studio, feel free to congratulate her!
