It’s officially fall — and around here, that means Friday night lights, school spirit & packed grandstands. 🏈

A few weeks ago, McDonald County Schools celebrated the completion of the new grandstands at Mustang Stadium with a ribbon cutting and a pretty fitting first event: the entire MCHS student body filling the stands for a school-wide pep rally.

The new grandstands provide improved views and accessible seating for Mustang fans while marking the first major piece of a larger plan for continued improvements at the stadium.
We were proud to celebrate this milestone alongside McDonald County Schools — and even better, to see the new space immediately filled with the students and school spirit it was designed to serve.

It’s a family thing

That was one of the biggest takeaways from this year’s 417 Best Places to Work event—and it couldn’t feel more fitting for our team at Paragon.

We had an incredible time celebrating alongside some of the area’s best workplaces, showing off our team spirit, and taking home 4th place among small businesses! We’re proud to be included in this group yet again and grateful for the people who make Paragon such a great place to be.

From the coaches to the players, Paragon makes an amazing team. Whether we’re working hard for our clients, serving our communities, or just kicking butt at Foosball, we know we’re better together.

The Bolivar community and school district has had many celebrations to kick the school year off strong! Following the ribbon cutting and naming ceremony for the Early Childhood Center Addition earlier this week, the district continued the celebrations with another ribbon cutting recognizing several completed bond projects across the district.
These improvements bring new flexibility and opportunities to Bolivar students and staff, including an elementary school addition with four new classrooms and additional lockers, a new Extension School addition featuring a large multipurpose flex space that can support a variety of classroom needs, and a new restroom addition that allows athletic events and other activities to welcome the community without requiring access to the entire school building.
The district also celebrated the opening of the new Agricultural Facility, adding another valuable resource to Bolivar’s growing educational opportunities.
Together, these projects represent a significant investment in the future of Bolivar students and the community that supports them. With so much completed and ready to serve students just in time for the start of the school year, there’s a lot to celebrate in Bolivar!
We’re proud to have played a role in helping bring these projects to life and excited to see the ways these new spaces will support students, staff, and the community for years to come. Here’s to a great school year ahead!

Yesterday, Bingham Elementary celebrated the groundbreaking of a new school—but in a familiar place. The new school will be built on the same site that has been home to Bingham Elementary for generations, making this more than just the beginning of a new building. It’s the continuation of a legacy.
The new facility will bring fresh opportunities, updated learning environments, and a renewed sense of possibility for Bingham students and staff. But while the building may be new, the heart of Bingham isn’t going anywhere.
Because the school’s location remains the same, the spirit, pride, and passion that have made Bingham such a special place can carry forward into the new school through its students, teachers, staff, families, and community. The walls may change, but the people and traditions that make Bingham one of a kind will continue to be at the center of it all.

A special celebration in Bolivar brought together former Missouri Governor Mike Parson, former First Lady Teresa Parson, district leaders and community members for the renaming and ribbon-cutting ceremony of the newly expanded Mike and Teresa Parson Early Childhood Center.
The expansion adds new classrooms to provide greater access and support for Bolivar’s littlest Liberators while also creating opportunities for high school students to gain hands-on experience and earn college credit toward an Associate of Applied Science in Early Childhood Development through Ozarks Tech.
We were honored to be part of the original facility’s design and construction in 2020 and to return for this meaningful expansion.

Yesterday, the Dadeville School District celebrated the ribbon cutting of its new 17,435-square-foot addition, creating new opportunities for students, staff, families, and the entire Dadeville community.
Connected directly to the existing school, the addition provides seamless circulation between learning spaces while expanding the district’s ability to support its growing student population. The new facility includes a gymnasium and stage, event entry and circulation spaces, concessions, a compact kitchen and serving area, and additional classrooms—giving the school new flexibility to host everything from everyday learning to athletic events, performances, celebrations, and community gatherings.
This project represents more than additional square footage, It is an investment in the people who make this community special and a place designed to bring them together for years to come.

Designed with both today’s needs and tomorrow’s growth in mind, the Buffalo Regional Training Facility provides a flexible space for regional training, meetings, and collaboration. The recent ribbon cutting highlights the intentionally designed facility, and its ability to accommodate future expansion without requiring major structural upgrades, allowing it to grow alongside the needs of the community. Inside, a large conference room can be divided into two separate spaces with a collapsible room divider, allowing multiple trainings, meetings, or events to take place seamlessly at the same time. This facility gives the City of Buffalo the ability to host more trainings for the community and surrounding areas, making it a destination for all to enjoy. We’re excited to see this thoughtful, adaptable facility come to life and look forward to the many ways it will serve the Buffalo community and surrounding region for years to come!

Projects like this are about more than buildings, they are about creating spaces that strengthen our communities. We cannot wait to see the positive impact it has for years to come!
