Before heading to audit training this week, Christiann took a quick detour to enjoy the beauty of Sedona. Now it's time to trade the hiking trails for the classroom as she continues expanding her knowledge and sharpening her audit expertise.

Donna joined Bennett, Groeber, Mullen & Feltner as Office Manager in 2025 and has quickly become an invaluable part of the team. With a background in office administration and logistics, she enjoys learning new things, meeting new people, and keeping the office running efficiently. Her friendly personality and genuine desire to help have made her a favorite among both clients and coworkers.

A lifelong resident of the Springfield area, Donna grew up in Enon and is a proud graduate of Greenon High School. She is the proud mother of one daughter and an even prouder grandmother to two wonderful granddaughters. Whether she's cheering them on at their activities and sporting events or spending time with her lively household of dogs, birds, fish, and reptiles, family and animals are at the center of her life. She also has an appreciation for fast cars and enjoys a little excitement outside the office.

Donna is grateful to be part of the BGMF team and looks forward to building lasting relationships with clients while contributing to the firm's continued success for years to come.

Happy Birthday (yesterday) to Kiersten Bender!

Kiersten has experience in tax preparation, business accounting, and audit and assurance services. She specializes in performing audits and preparing financial statements for not-for-profit entities and manufacturing businesses. Before coming to BGMF in 2023, Kiersten gained experience at a regional accounting firm in Columbus, Ohio as an audit senior.

Kiersten was born and raised in Springfield, Ohio. She graduated from Kenton Ridge Highschool in 2016 and from Ohio Wesleyan University in 2020 with two bachelor's degrees in accounting and dance. While in college, she studied abroad in Ireland for a semester where she focused on organizational behavior and cultural impact on businesses.

When she is not at work, Kiersten enjoys reading, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and all things music. She also enjoys getting involved in the community by directing and choreographing for the dance team and serving as a leader in multiple programs at her church, being the advisor to the Vice-President of Finance for the Alpha Rho chapter of Delta Zeta, and volunteering wherever she can.

Today, we celebrate the fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, and father figures who make a difference every day.

At BGMF, we are fortunate to work alongside some truly outstanding examples of fatherhood. The dedication, integrity, leadership, and care they show both at home and in the workplace inspire us all.
