Leffels Lane - Modest Experience... new Malls and old malls on I-70 and I-675 ( Fairfield Mall, The Green, The Dayton Mall, Downtown Dayton, Salem Mall - all refurbished and/or rebuilt ). There are " outlet malls " on I-71 and I-75 that can be augmented with new shopping areas. Amazon Mall is a major shopping venue to be built by Amazon corporation.

The most luxurious and prestigious should be grouped together in locations that can economically support their price point.

Price point should be matched to lifestyle / economic status as with grocery stores, etc. }
