NOW HIRING – ASPHALT PAVER / SCREED OPERATOR

Springfield Striping & Sealing is looking to add an experienced Asphalt Paver / Screed Operator to our Asphalt Division.

Experience operating an asphalt paver and screed is required. This is not an entry-level labor position, we are looking for someone with real paving experience who understands how to work with a crew and produce clean, efficient, high-quality work.

Required experience:
• Asphalt paver operation
• Screed operation
• Asphalt paving and repair experience

Additional experience preferred:
• Roller operation
• CDL Class A or B

This is a full-time position with steady work, overtime, benefits, and 401k available.
