Employee Spotlight: Meet Kyle!

Kyle has been a valued part of the Aasby Automotive team since 2017 and brings 16 years of automotive industry experience to our shop.

As one of our Service Advisors, Kyle's technical knowledge, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills make him an incredible resource for both our customers and our team. He has a knack for explaining repairs clearly, helping customers make informed decisions, and ensuring every vehicle gets the care it needs. He's the kind of person everyone can count on, and Aasby is better because of him.

Outside of work, Kyle is a proud dad to two awesome kids, enjoys driving his BMW M Series attending car shows, cooking, and creating projects with his 3D printer.

One of Kyle's favorite things about Aasby is our family-oriented culture. As a dad, he appreciates working for a company that understands family comes first and supports him when his kids need him.

Meet Sarah! 🚗💙

Sarah joined the Aasby Automotive team as a Service Advisor in August 2010 and is now part owner. Over the years she's built so much more than a career, she's built lasting relationships. One of her favorite parts of the job is the incredible people she's met, from loyal customers who have become friends to the teammates she considers family.

When she's not at the shop, Sarah is a busy mom to three amazing kids (ages 8, 6, and 3). She'll be the first to tell you that being a mom is her most rewarding full-time job. ❤️

She loves spending time with her family at the lake or relaxing by the creek at home. Her husband is her biggest supporter, balancing his own career while helping raise beef cattle. She's also grateful for the lifelong friendships she's kept from every stage of life, even going back to grade school.

Sarah's kindness, dedication, and genuine care for others are just a few of the reasons customers love working with her. If you've been to Aasby Automotive, chances are she's greeted you with a smile!

🔦 Team Spotlight: Meet Mikey!

Mikey has been part of the Aasby Automotive family since November 2000. He started by cleaning floors, stepped in when a technician position opened up, invested countless hours in training, and today is a part owner of Aasby Automotive.

One of his favorite parts of the job? The customers. He loves that when a vehicle pulls into the shop, he usually knows exactly whose car it is, even if he doesn't always know the driver!

When he's not at the shop, you'll probably find him:
Deer hunting
Watching football
Cheering on his daughter, who swims for MSU Athletics
Spending time with his three kids (ages 20, 17, and 12)
And, as Mikey puts it… "Listening to my wife!"

Originally from Rhode Island, Scotty made the move to Missouri in 2020 and has been keeping our shop running strong ever since!

One of the things he enjoys most about working at Aasby Automotive? There's never a shortage of cars to work on, which means there's always something to keep him busy.

Scotty brings a high level of energy to the shop every day and takes pride in doing the job right. His goal is simple: make sure every repair is fixed correctly the first time so our customers can get back on the road with confidence.

When he's off the clock, you'll probably find him enjoying a cheese pizza 🍕 and an ice-cold Corona 🍺.
