Our welcoming Studio is 1344 Woodhurst, a 8,000 sq ft free-standing building. There is a Pilates Equipment room, a GYROTONIC® room, A Private Lesson room, and a large 1,000 sq ft room specifically for group classes (such as Barre, TRX, Yoga, Yoga Ropes, Mat Pilates classes). Plus Rachel & Tonya’s massage therapy, Lenka Hales who offers Reflexology/Pedicures, Estheticians Liz Watts & Kelli Larson, & Acupuncture with Keisha on the Wellness side. MOVEMENT POP-UP CLASS 🙌🏼
Join us next week on Wednesday, September 16th at 10AM for a gentle movement class with Gayle Laurie focused on strength, balance, mobility, and stretching.
This class is a great opportunity to move at your own pace, build strength and stability, improve mobility, and leave feeling refreshed and energized. All fitness levels are welcome!

Meet Jodi, the face behind Soft Touch Laser at Dynamic Body! With over 20 years of experience, Jodi specializes in laser hair removal, skin tag & age spot removal, and a variety of other laser treatments designed to help you feel confident in your skin.
