Wednesday nights are a chance to reconnect with God and with people in the middle of a busy week. Whether you are studying Scripture, growing through Rooted, helping your kids build their faith, or joining the choir, there is a place to jump in this Wednesday.

Hebrews: Good, Better, Best

Equip continues at 6pm with our study through Hebrews. We are looking at why Jesus is better than everything else we are tempted to build our lives around.

Calvary Kids

Calvary Kids meets at 6pm for 50 Minutes of Faith and Fun. Kids will spend the evening learning about God in ways designed just for them.

Rooted

Rooted groups continue meeting this week as participants build deeper relationships with God and with one another.

Christmas Choir Kick-Off

Christmas starts a little early for the choir. Join us at 6pm for snacks, time together, and a first listen through some of the music planned for Christmas at Calvary on December 6.

Knowing what needs to change and actually being able to change it are two different things. That gap between understanding and action is exactly where the Holy Spirit meets us. Not to shame us for what we lack, but to supply what we need.

There are times when knowing what is right and actually being ready to do it are two very different things.

You may know how you want to respond when life gets difficult. You may know the kind of parent, spouse, friend, or follower of Jesus you want to be. Still, there are moments when knowing the answer does not seem to be enough.

The disciples found themselves in a similar place at the beginning of Acts.

They had spent years with Jesus. They had seen Him alive after the resurrection. They had been given a mission that would eventually change the world.

So why were they not ready to begin?

This Sunday, Pastor Mark continues Acts: How 120 People Changed the World as we look at several lessons from Acts 1 and what they mean for following Jesus today.

These nights give us space to slow down, lift our eyes to the Lord, and worship together as a church family. If you’ve been needing a night to refocus your heart and spend time in God’s presence, we’d love for you to join us.

Our Christmas Choir Kick-Off is Wednesday, September 23 at 6pm at the Hazel Dell Campus.

Wear your favorite Christmas colors and join us for snacks, time together, and a first listen to some of the music we will be singing for Christmas at Calvary on December 6.

Whether you have sung with the choir for years or have been thinking about joining for the first time, this is a great night to jump in.

Wednesday night looks a little different as we make room for a special night of prayer.

Prayer Service | 6pm | Hazel Dell Campus

Join us as we gather to pray together, with a special focus on praying for people who do not yet know Jesus. There will be no Equip classes or Choir Practice this Wednesday.

Calvary Kids: 50 Minutes of Faith and Fun | 6pm

Calvary Kids will still meet as scheduled for their regular Wednesday night program.

Rooted Groups | 7pm

Rooted groups will meet at 7pm this week.
