67 classes each week for all ages and fitness levels. We have classes in our members only FB group, You will mask in, around, and out of the center.
We are following all safety pre-cautions to keep our member safe in our clean space. We encourage you to bring in your own equipment, but do have community weights and mats. If you use our equipment we have cleaning stations for you to wipe down after class. We wipe down and clean all surfaces after every class. We are also limiting spacing on the dance floor to allow for 6-10ft on the dance floor. We have sign-up links in our members groups.
