McKenzie Personnel Systems is a non-profit agency established in 1984 as the first community based supported employment program for people with disabilities in the state of Oregon. McKenzie Personnel Systems has been developing long term partnerships with local employers and our clients for over 31 years. We believe the integration of these individuals into community businesses not only enhances the quality of their lives, but enhances the overall quality of living for everyone in our community.
