Immanuel Christian School - Springfield, VA

🤝It's the final round of new faculty and staff introductions! We are delighted to welcome these called, committed, experienced educators and professionals to the ICS family this year.

The Warrior Fund fuels our vision to provide a transformational education for every student, but our mission extends beyond just academics. We’re committed to forming students' heads, hearts, and hands.

Annual giving to the Warrior Fund directly powers four priorities that elevate the daily ICS experience:

📚Enhance Academics: Equipping classrooms with dynamic tools to inspire lifelong learners.
🎨 Advance the Arts: Cultivating creativity and worship through music, drama, and visual arts.
🏆 Support Athletes: Building character, discipline, and teamwork on and off the field.
🍎 Invest in Faculty: Partnering with our exceptional teachers through professional growth and support.

ICS students benefit from the Warrior Fund every day, and behind every flourishing program is a community that chooses to pray, partner, and give generously. We are incredibly grateful for the many partners who come alongside us and invite you to join us in our mission of inspiring purposeful lives.

POV: Your school feels like a community, not just a place you go to class. 💙

Learning together, building friendships, growing in faith. Becoming who God created you to be. It's little moments like these that make everyday life at ICS something special.

What does it look like to love your school community?

For 3rd Grade Room Parent Renato, it looks like birthday gifts for teachers, helping with class parties and field trips, bringing donuts—and even embracing what he calls the “good kind of chaotic” moments in the cafeteria.

But underneath it all is something simple: he believes in the mission of ICS, and he wants to be part of it.

We’re grateful for volunteers like Renato who show up, pitch in, and remind our teachers, staff, students, and families that they are seen, valued, and loved.

💙 Thank you, Renato, for being a Parents in Partnership (P.I.P.) Superstar!

There’s something powerful about beginning the school day in prayer. 🙏

Each week our high school students gather to pray before school. This morning they gathered at the flagpoles as part of See You At The Pole, a global day of student prayer.

We’re grateful that we have the privilege of praying together each and every day - in class devotions, Bible classes, chapels, and our weekly Parents in Prayer meeting.

Today, we invite you to pray alongside us, especially for students around the world who are unable to pray openly at school.

👋👋👋It's time for another round of new teacher introductions. This round includes an ICS alum who met her husband when she was a K-8 student here!

Join us in welcoming these dedicated professionals, and share your coffee shop recommendations for Mrs. Lee in the comments! ☕
