Springfield Noon Lions, IL

Last School Year we provided 39 eye exams and eyeglasses to students living in poverty. This was more than double from the previous year. We anticipate even more students this school year as our program “StudentsCanSee” becomes well known. We have negotiated a wonderful partnership with Vision Care as they are providing this service at a highly discounted rate. We need your help to keep this program going and make sure that students with struggling eyesight and challenging financial needs have a chance to grow educationally. Please donate using the QR code below to help this program. Be part of our motto “We Serve”

If you can’t donate at this time please share this post with your friends, thanks.

Lion Karla did a fantastic job with our summer picnic last night. Good times and good food.

Thank you CEO Kate McKenzie for a very informative speech about all the changes the Illinois Times has gone through these last 2 years. We hope to build a strong partnership with you and the community!!!

We will be helping to deliver! We serve!

I am so proud of our club!! Christina, Gina, Bill and I vision screened 90 autistic clients of Hope Learning Academy this morning. The staff there was outstanding and so patient with everyone. It was a very new experience for us.

Our Club is in Zone 3 so let’s have a good showing.

Excellent job Lions
