Bring a Friend Week is just a few short days away! The week of September 14th–19th, in all programs and locations, members can choose ONE friend to join them in their class for the day! *No experience needed, but higher-level classes should know some gymnastics technique.*
After class, both YOU and your FRIEND can enter into one of our raffles:

To add to the festivities next week, all of Dynamics will also be having a SPIRIT WEEK! On your class day, join in on the fun and dress up as creatively as you would like. *Athletes should still be able to participate in class as usual.* We look forward to seeing what you come up with 🎉

National Gymnastics Day is right around the corner on Saturday, September 19th. To celebrate we are hosting FREE Open Gym and Inflatables at Republic Road, Pythian AND Rogersville this year! This event is always such a great time to share your love of gymnastics with the community, meet Dynamics staff and stay active while you're at it. This event is open to anyone in the area and kiddos of all ages. (Those 4 and Under should be accompanied by a grown-up while on the gym floor). We hope to see you there 🎉

All Ages Open Gym is back THIS SATURDAY! 🎉🤸

Join us for the first one back on Saturday, September 12th from 1:00-2:30 to hang out with friends, get out some energy, or practice your skills! All equipment will be available to use and coaches will be on staff if any gymnasts have questions. Those ages 4 and Under must be with a grown-up at all times while on the gym floor. Here's what you need to know before we see you there:
