Tonight we're hosting our very first MAHJ & MARGS AT METRO—and apparently you all were just as ready for Mahjong, margaritas and a little midweek fun as we were. 😏

But before the first tile even hits the table, we're giving you two more things:

Let's just say... when Pat decides something at Metro can be better, things tend to escalate quickly. 😂

What started with an Italian pizza oven and pizzas that were just fine eventually led to Pat looking at his daughter Katrina—one of our cooks—and asking:

"Want to head to New York and learn how to make some real wood-fired pizzas?"

Because apparently that's how we solve problems around here. ✈️🍕

Off to Staten Island she went, spending a week learning at The Original Goodfella's before bringing that knowledge back home to Springfield.

The dough. The technique. The trial and error. And eventually... the pizza you know at Metro today.
