This position provides operational, financial, data, and administrative leadership that supports the Graduate College and graduate education across the university.

The Operations Administrator will:
• Oversee the Graduate College’s daily operations
• Manage budgets, finances, grants, and funding
• Maintain databases and analyze graduate student data
• Support graduate programs and monitor student academic progress
• Coordinate with faculty, staff, departments, and students

The Graduate College is hiring a Ph.D. Programs and Training Grants Coordinator. 🐻

This position will play an important role in supporting the development of Missouri State's interdisciplinary doctoral programs. 🎓

Working closely with the Graduate College Dean, academic units, university leadership, and external partners, this role will:
- Coordinate Ph.D. program development and implementation
- Support doctoral policies and administrative processes
- Identify external funding opportunities for graduate education and training
