🏀 SCHEDULES HAVE BEEN SENT OUT 🏀
All schedules for this Saturday's event have officially been sent to coaches and are live! 🤗🔥
If you have NOT received your schedule, please contact us ASAP!
Once all coaches have verified back... we will then post all that right here 👍
‼️ COACHES — PLEASE MAKE SURE THESE 3 THINGS ARE DONE: ‼️
✅ Verify back that you received your schedule
✅ Pay your team entry fee
✅ Complete your roster/waiver
If you haven’t done all 3 yet... you’re slacking! 😶😂 Please get those taken care of ASAP!
TEAM ENTRY FEES
👉 https://venmo.com/Midwestbattleoftherims
Unless you have already discussed other payment arrangements with us, your team must be paid in full ASAP.
If payment has not been received and we haven’t heard from you, we will assume your team is no longer attending and will replace your spot.
We know that sounds a little harsh 😏, but unfortunately we’ve had teams no-show/no-pay in the past, and that isn’t fair to the other teams or the event.
📝 ROSTER / WAIVER FORMS
‼️ Every team MUST have a completed roster/waiver on file before playing.
We strongly recommend submitting it digitally ahead of time — trust us, it makes everything MUCH easier on event day! 😁
👉 https://form.jotform.com/210286764779167
You may also complete the form on-site, but it MUST be turned in before the start of your first game. Teams will not be permitted to play until it is completed.
📖 PLEASE REVIEW OUR TOURNAMENT RULES!
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE take a few minutes to read through our tournament rules before Saturday. This helps make sure coaches, players, officials and staff are all on the same page and keeps the day running smoothly! 💯
