For those with aquariums and no power, you can add hydrogen peroxide to your tank at one drop per gallon per hour. That will temporarily boost the oxygen in the tank. My power has been off for twelve hours now and my fish are still acting and looking fine. Hopefully power will be restored soon. You can also agitate the surface of the water every thirty minutes or so to increase oxygen levels.
