🏋️ The new Altra Escalante 5 is here and it’s a massive win for your gym bag!
Why We Love It:
-Super stable zero-drop platform
-Signature Altra roomy toebox
-Upgraded outsole for better energy return during your run or walk
-Ultra-breathable soft knit upper
Cons: This iteration offers a full-coverage rubber outsole making it slightly heavier than its predecessor, BUT we think it’s a good trade-off for the improved energy return on the treadmill.
Low traction.
Note: this may not be the shoe for you if you struggle with severe heel striking, have active Achilles tendinitis, or if you’ve never worn a zero drop gym shoe before.
Trail-ready, on the reg.
