I work too hard not to enjoy life as I continue building it. Somewhere along the way, I convinced myself that slowing down meant I wasn’t doing enough. I’m learning that balance isn’t a distraction from the journey… it’s part of it.

Reflection // 001
Success isn’t just about what you build—it’s also about making time to enjoy the life you’re building.

Most people don’t need more hours. They need a better system. Because when every day is spent reacting… there’s never enough time to build the life you’re actually working for.

The goal isn’t to stay busy.
The goal is to create enough margin that your future finally has room to grow.

CMOP Principle // 001
Don’t manage time. Design systems.

Every conversation. Every basket. Every lesson. Every volunteer. Every family.

From the first plate served by Chef Up North to the final conversations on the court, every moment reflected what community looks like when we show up for one another.

This wasn’t just an event—it was a community coming together around a shared purpose.

Equity 4 Athletes reminded us that creating opportunities for young people takes all of us: coaches, parents, mentors, educators, organizations, and neighbors working together to build something bigger than ourselves.

This cinematic recap captures just a glimpse of a day filled with purpose, connection, and possibility.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this day unforgettable.

This is The Game Beyond the Game.

A meal can do more than feed people—it can bring a community together.

Throughout , Chef Up North had the privilege of serving athletes, families, volunteers, panelists, and community members, creating another space for connection beyond the game.

Every plate served was another reminder that food has always been a part of building community.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared a meal, and made the day even more special.

Because every great event deserves great food—and every great community deserves a seat at the table.

Powerful conversations don’t end when the microphone is passed—they continue in every reaction, every question, and every perspective shared throughout the room.

The panel brought together community leaders, educators, coaches, and advocates to have honest conversations about creating more equitable opportunities for young athletes. Every voice on the panel contributed to the dialogue, and every person in the audience became part of it.

Change begins when people are willing to listen, learn, and lead together.

Community doesn’t happen by chance. It happens because people choose to show up, lead, and create spaces where others can belong.

A special thank you to Cindy Gaynor-Harper for bringing the vision of Equity 4 Athletes to life and creating a day centered around mentorship, opportunity, wellness, and community.

It was an honor for CMOP to document a story that reflects the power of people coming together for something greater than themselves.

We’re looking forward to sharing more from this incredible event.

Every community has stories worth remembering. We’re just here to make sure they’re never forgotten.

Every partnership starts with a conversation. Before the cameras roll, before the stories are shared, and before the public sees the finished work—there’s planning, collaboration, and a shared vision.

Just a glimpse behind the scenes as CMOP continues documenting the partnership between Gallagher Real Estate, J&PJ Solutions & Counted Me Out Productions.

The story is still unfolding.

The conversation isn’t about keeping up with change… it’s about asking whether we can afford not to.

A glimpse into an upcoming episode of
The Recount: Conversations.

Full conversation coming soon.
