During the first week of September, leadership from CPI Technologies spent a couple of days celebrating the Business Technology Association on its 100th Anniversary! We got to see some longtime friends, look at all the new tech coming down the line, and celebrate in style! Here's to 100 more years BTA!!!

Twenty-five years later, the date still stops us. We remember the lives taken in an instant, the last phone calls, the empty seats at kitchen tables, and the first responders who ran toward the danger when everyone else was running away.

May we honor them not only with flags and silence, but with how we treat one another—the ordinary kindness, courage, and care that make a country worth defending.

We remember. Never Forget.

CPI Technologies was asked to participate with Toshiba USA in the What's Happenin' Charity Golf Classic to raise money for Blood Cancer United at the historic Firestone Country Club! We had a great couple days on the course, dodged the rain, and raised a lot of money!

CPI Technologies was proud to be a sponsor for the Christian County Elks Lodge Golf event at Springfield Golf and Country Club to support our local veterans! It was a warm day but it was all for a great cause! Thanks to Josh Glover, Derek Loyd Powell, and Ryan Hilton for reppin' Team CPI with me!

It's time to meet another new member of Team CPI Technologies, Christian Farabee! Christian is an Account Executive at CPI.

Christian was Born and raised in Springfield, MO. but while living in Branson, MO, he served as a youth group leader for 3 of his 4 years there. Today, he and his fiancé attend North Point Church in Springfield and volunteer with the kids ministry from time to time.

Some life facts from Christian:

1.) I have been with my fiancé for 2.5 years now and I'm continually growing and learning how to be the best father I can be for her children.

2.) I am a massive Kansas City Chiefs and Notre Dame football fan.

3.) I am named after Christian Okoye AKA The Nigerian Nightmare. Former Chiefs running back.

4.) My favorite hobby is weightlifting and spending time in the gym.

5.) The past 4 years I have participated in The Murph Challenge on Memorial Day to pay tribute to our military service men and women past and present.

CPI Technologies would like everyone to meet Brodie Ball! One of the newest additions to our IT Helpdesk Team!

5 Quick Facts about Brodie:

1.) I am a track and field nut. Specifically, pole-vault. I love participating and working on getting stronger.

2.) My music tastes lean more into the heavy metal genre, but I love listening to most music genres.

3.) Favorite type of candy is Blue Raspberry anything

4.)Coffee is a daily must

5.) I have a growing and loving family that is the current center of everything I do.

Let's not forget that I am super passionate about video games

Brodie was born, raised, and graduated from Bolivar but spent a little time in California when he was younger. But he says the Midwest will always be his home.

Brodie's title at CPI is Helpdesk support Tier 1.

A big shout out to the CPI Technologies Technical Team for setting up a ton of machines the past few weeks for some of our major accounts! Special shout out to Bryan McCord for some extra hard work in getting this done! We still have a lot of machines in our main warehouse to set up but I know the Team will make short work of it! The CPI Technical Team is the best there is! Outstanding work to all!!!

CPI Technologies had another great meeting when we kicked off Q3 2026! Toshiba USA and Xerox presented in person while Crexendo presented virtually. After lunch, Colton Tré Krokroskia and James Krokroskia presented on elevator speeches and some new marketing materials Colton has been working on! Harry Hatcher, Director of CPI's IT Helpdesk filled us all in on how his team is doing. (They are killing it BTW!!!) After that, our VP of Service, Greg Gurke, spoke on the importance of selling the right machine at the right service price to keep our clients happy! Finally, there was a Q and A session around our new software, Noetics, and how some of the new sales processes are going to work. Whew...it was a very productive day! Halfway through the year so time to kick into high gear!!!
