Founded in 2010, Leadership Pioneer Valley is a regional leadership organization that fosters collaboration among diverse leaders to solve challenges across the 69 communities and 3 counties of the Pioneer Valley. Leadership Pioneer Valley trains emerging leaders from all sectors of the community - nonprofits, business, and government - through a nine month, in-depth leadership development program that gives participants a 360 degree view of the Pioneer Valley.
