“My favorite part about being VP of Philanthropy is that I get to connect our members with service opportunities to make a difference in our community! I get to see little ideas make a huge impact and get to see how our chapter can make an impact! I’m so excited to meet all the new members in the fall!”

Since 1980, the Norma Minch Andrisek Leadership Conference has empowered Delta Zeta sisters to grow as leaders, build lifelong connections, and bring new ideas back to their chapters. What started as regional leadership workshops has grown into Delta Zeta’s premier leadership conference, bringing sisters together each summer at Miami University, the birthplace of our sisterhood!

NMALC is more than a conference, it’s an opportunity to learn, lead, and be inspired while living out our shared values.

This year, our very own Clara had the incredible opportunity to attend NMALC! We were so excited to see her represent our chapter, connect with sisters from across the country, grow as a leader, and bring back new ideas and inspiration.
